These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the da9999 platform, including but not limited to the website at da9999.bio, all associated mobile interfaces, and any games, betting products, promotions, or services offered therein. da9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the da9999 platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English version.

To register and maintain an account on da9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing da9999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of da9999 or any of its associated entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.

da9999 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age, identity, or payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by da9999 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) da9999 account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, da9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, and a working Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. da9999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify da9999 support immediately at [email protected].

da9999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or violation of any provision of these Terms.

da9999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All funds deposited into your da9999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Where a payment is identified as originating from a third-party source, da9999 reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the account, and request additional verification before releasing any funds.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your da9999 account and that has been verified as belonging to you. da9999 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. da9999 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

da9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. da9999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus provisions in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all da9999 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are credited to bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that result from wagering of bonus funds, once the rollover requirement has been satisfied, are transferable to the withdrawable balance.
• da9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change the terms of any active promotion, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or circumvention is detected.
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts is treated as duplicate account behaviour and is subject to the sanctions described in Section 3.

da9999 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific promotion. Promotional offers may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on da9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Sport-specific rules and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the da9999 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

da9999 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement.
• The odds or price displayed at the time of placement were the result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed error.
• The bet was placed in circumstances that da9999 reasonably suspects constitute match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to meet the minimum conditions required for settlement under the applicable sport-specific rules.

In live betting (in-play), da9999 will endeavour to suspend markets promptly following significant in-game events. However, da9999 does not guarantee that all markets will be suspended immediately, and bets accepted in error after a significant event may be voided at da9999's discretion. da9999's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to any formal dispute process described in Section 10.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on da9999:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any game in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the house edge or to exploit other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that results in unintended financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are subject to reversal.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using da9999 as a vehicle for transferring funds of illicit origin.
• Impersonating another player, da9999 staff member, or any other person in communications with da9999 or within the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the da9999 platform, its databases, or its security systems.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the da9999 platform without the prior written consent of da9999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, da9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if da9999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

da9999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your da9999 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

da9999 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. da9999 will endeavour to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service outages.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure set out in Section 10 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, to the extent permitted by law in the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

da9999's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
